Establishing Care

Establishing Care

I appreciate the opportunity to form a partnership with you.

Answers to many of the questions that you may have can be found on my website.
Although I do not list types of conditions I treat, if you have a specific question about my care for your condition, please contact me via email.

Link here to send a request to  set up an initial appointment.

Our first visit is an opportunity to establish your history, outline your concerns, symptoms and review any pertinent medical records.
During this visit, we will begin treatment and more clearly identify the blocks to your wellness and what may have contributed to your health concern.

During this session, I am able to make suggestions and prescriptions for you or your child and outline a plan of care that will provide the best healing outcome.
I typically suggest 1 -3 successive follow up sessions as you begin to come into balance and integrate the work that we do.
Once we have corrected an issue you may feel complete. Most of my patients then seek future treatment for other conditions.
Once an established patient-you or your child can rely on my care to help you preventitively or when something acute arises.
Treatment sessions typically include a combination of Acupuncture, CranioSacral Therapy, bodywork and muscle testing based on your unique needs and comfort level.
As we work together-my goal is to introduce you to each of the healing therapies mentioned above as your process unfolds and to help you harness your inner wisdom for healing.

What To Bring at Your Initial Visit

  • If you know your blood type or think you may be able to locate it please do so.  If not- I can test it in the office.
  • If you want to bring a list of supplements or the ones you take with you to the appointment please do.  As part of the initial visit, I outline a core nutritional program that I recommend based upon the inherent needs of your blood type.
  • If we are working on your fertility, hormones or any other issue relating to your cycle- please bring a record of the dates you had your last menses or ovulation or noticed an issue.
  • If you have any pertinent recent lab testing or imaging results you want to share  as part of your history, please bring that to the initial appointment.  If not-I will be able to formally request any pertinent medical records at that time with your consent.

What To Expect in the First Visit

  • A full review of your health history, goals and what it is that you are wanting to address.
  • An assessment of what level of energy needs the most support (digestive, nervous, reproductive, endocrine, detoxification) so that you can begin the healing process as soon as possible.
  • The first treatment begins with working on your body in a way that introduces you to the therapies that I provide such as bodywork, acupuncture and CraniolSacral therapy.
  • How to deeply connect to your breathing process in a way that initiates the healing process.
  • A clear treatment plan and additional testing recommendations that may help you or your child.
  • A basic dietary plan based upon your blood type.
