In Person New Patients
$275-Initial visit-Adult-Pregnancy/Prenatal (Complex history review and functional lab interpretation and report)-
New Patient Initial visits for Adults with a complex case history, medication, lab and medical history review. This includes a review of your health history, current lab reports and diagnostic tests. The session will conclude with a written report of lab information, supplement recommendations and a suggested self-care and treatment plan. Initial treatment is included in this session.

Adult-Pregnancy/Prenatal Care/Pediatric (Limited medical history review)-
This includes a review of your health history, and current health concerns. The session will conclude with supplement recommendations and a suggested self-care and treatment plan. Review of more than 2 diagnostic tests will incur additional time and fees. 5 Element Acupuncture, Shiatsu Session including Gua Sha, Cupping, Moxa and other modalities. Relaxing deep treatment to start your healing.
$195-Maya Abdominal Massage Session Self Care Session-90 minutes
$175-$155 Established Patients-Hands on Treatments Combo Therapy
This may include bodywork, acupuncture or acupressure with needles, low level laser, craniosacral therapy, muscle testing or other modality.

The session will conclude with a written summary of supplement recommendations and a suggested self-care and treatment plan in a follow-up email. Review of more than 2 diagnostic tests will incur additional time and fees. Includes supplement review and recommendations.
For patients who need coaching, acute care recommendations or other support. Ideal for those out of the area or who wish to begin care and work with me prior to or in lieu of traveling to Sarasota or Costa Rica, Phone Consults are available for patients.

Health Insurance Verification
Some Insurance companies cover my services. Verification of coverage and establishment of payment is necessary before I accept co-pays at the time of service.
